Lafayette Banks studied Wellness Coaching at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. To earn the National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential she passed a robust board certification exam offered by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).
